My current read at the moment is Outlander by Diana Gabaldon. I had refused to read this for such a long time thinking it would not be for me. However I came across the first book for five euro in a second hand shop and decided on a whim to finally give it a go and I am so glad I did!!! The story is incredible there is twists, turns, time travel and romance all tied up nicely into one. Claire Fraser has fast become one of my favourite protagonists in a story. Many fantasy books feature teenaged protagonist so it is nice to finally come across one in her late 20s who is not described as an old maid. I only have one hundred pages left of this book and cant wait to get my hands on the rest of the series as I have heard it just gets better with time. I've also started the tv series made by Starz, I had tried to watch it years ago and gave up half way through the first episode but this time I am thoroughly enjoying it!
